Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
These situations are very rare, but if they do happen, we are here to resolve any issue quickly. Please note that shipping is carried out by external courier companies such as DHL and FedEx.
Return Shipping Costs
